A lot of guests have been asking about the Pappy Van Winkle Dinner. We are well aware that this will be a high demand event, but the supplies are extremely limited since it is difficult to get even one bottle of Pappy Van Winkle, and we have an entire flight of them in store. For this evening you will enjoy a Bourbon Sidecar to welcome you, and then a 1 oz pour of the following:
Old Rip Van Winkle 10 yr
Pappy Van Winkle 15 yr
Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve 23 yr
and a Surprise Bourbon presented by: Thomas Brown field rep for Sazerac to top off your evening

MENU:

Amuse bouche: steak tartar with harissa infused olive oil and crostini
Cheese course: aged gouda + Vermont cheddar + fresh fruit + fig jam
Poached Pear Salad: poached pears + spiced bourbon pecans + Ohio greens + dried cherries + balsamic vinaigrette
Entree: House smoked Baby back ribs + bourbon bbq sauce + cheddar grits
Dessert: Chocolate chocolate chip cookie sandwich with bourbon bacon ice cream

There are still plenty of details TBA about this event, we can say that this will be the date, and that we will be pouring a pour of Old Rip Van Winkle 10 yr, Pappy Van Winkle 15 yr, and Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve 23 yr. We will also be joined by: Thomas Brown (Field Rep for Pappy Distillery)…. and it is probably worth mentioning that this event will be super exclusive limited to only 12 seats, so you can bet on it to sell out.
