Due to popular demand we are hosting a Scotch pairing dinner this evening, this meal will be 4 courses, each paired with a unique scotch. This invitation is extended to any of our Scotch Whisky fans of legal drinking age.

Date: May 25th

Time: 7-9pm

Price: $123 all inclusive, $52 for Food only if you are interested. (*prices do not include additional eventbrite fees)

Enjoy a welcoming scotch cocktail by our mixologists as you settle in for the evening, details TBA.

First Course:

Blueberry crusted goat cheese and lemon infused gaufrette with lemon basil arugula

paired with: Macallan Double Cask

Second Course:

Prosciutto wrapped romaine with parmesan and caesar dressing

paired with: Macallan Classic Cut

Third Course:

Sirloin au poivre with Pink peppercorn infused demi glace

paired with: Macallan Edition #4

Fourth Course:

Chocolate pot du creme with fresh raspberries and whipped cream

paired with: Highland Park single series “Heart of it all”
