Vegan Gourmet: Part Trois

It’s time for our 3rd installment of our popular Vegan Gourmet Dinner, as always featured on the Final Tuesday of the month. We hope that you can join us to see the exciting variety of Vegan dishes that can be prepared.

First Course:
Vegan Chili

Second Course:
Huitlacoche (Mexican Corn Truffle) Tostados

with Refried Black Bean + Pickled Red Onion + Guacamole + Enchilada Sauce

Third Course:
Gado Gado

Black Quinoa + Steamed Green Beans + Cucumber Mint Relish + Marinated Tomatoes + Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce Pepitas + Dried Cherry + Fresh Carrots

Fourth Course:
Vegan Pecan Blondie
